[Original exhibition title in Spanish: Yolanda del Riego. Óleos, grabados y textiles]
Catalog essay written by the José de Castro Arines.
A selection of 24 works by Yolanda del Riego, sponsored by the United States Embassy in Spain.
In his text, Castro Arines describes the exhibition as:
An impetuous discourse, without a doubt, that of our leading expressionist painter.
He concludes with:
A direct and tremendously beautiful, lively and spontaneous work. This diverse work has spirit, it surprises and moves; it affirms itself as grounded; its breath is light; Its aroma subtle. I described her previous work as "heat of life" for its passion. Nothing prevents me from insisting on such vital fever today.
