EXHIBITION: Climate Change. An Artist's Perspective

July 27–August 5, 2016
Le Caudan Waterfront (Port Louis, Mauritius)

Exhibition organized by the United States Embassy to Mauritius and Seychelles, in collaboration with Rogers Group, Reef Conservation Mauritius, Le Caudan Waterfront, Institut Français de Maurice and Microsoft Indian Ocean Islands Ltd. in celebration of African Day of Seas and Oceans.

A selection of recent works through which Yolanda del Riego voices concern for the environment. Rooted in the emotions of an artist, Yolanda del Riego’s works convey sorrow, and often indignation, for the negative impact of human activity on our planet.

The exhibition included digital prints selected from Yolanda del Riego’s prior two exhibitions in Spain: The Sea As I See It (CCA Andratx, Mallorca. 2015) and Escalada insostenible (Siluro Concept, Madrid. 2016).
